ECO – PACKAGING, the natural packaging

The behavior of consumers of natural and organic products is determined by the importance that is increasingly given to health and, on the other hand, by ethical factors related to the individuality and the attitude of the consumer with respect to social, ecological and cultural impacts, among others, of industrial agriculture.
In general, studies seem to predict that in the coming years the consumption of ecological and organic products will increase in Europe. Food is not understood without its corresponding packaging, and these should respect their own sales concept. So we can not forget that the level of consumer demand also extends to their packaging.
The consumer looks for the naturalization of packaging, respectful with the environment and as ecological as they seem to be. It is therefore the obligation of packers to assume that they must take care of the presentation of their products, and that they have to protect the environment, with more ecological and natural packaging.
If we think of natural fruits and vegetables, we should necessarily demand their packaging to be as natural as the product. From PackCo, technical consultancy in the integral development of packaging, brand and improvement of product presentation, we support the application of the current types of eco-design in our projects, while the possibilities of protection and conservation of the product allow us. We are convinced that in the very near future, the vast majority of our packaging will be as organic and natural as the product for which we designed it.
