Josep Prat Scaletti, marketing director, affirms that organic production is on the rise in every market and companies specialised in this sector have therefore great possibilities ahead. In addition to organic fresh fruits and vegetables, the firm also produces gluten-free juices, gazpacho (tomato cold soup) and salmorejo (tomato cold purée).
Most of their production is sold to foreign markets. In fact, they carry out significant commercial actions abroad, mostly in the USA, a market ‘loaded with possibilities and with an absorption capacity that is practically unimaginable in Europe’, affirmed the marketing director. To do that, Bioterráneo performs many promotional actions, aiming at increasing marketing and growth possibilities, also using the newest online diffusion channels to reach closer to consumers, and always with a total transparency philosophy.
