Siguiendo mi argumento anterior, me quedan dos aspectos que quiero tratar, que son el papel medioambiental de la agricultura y el papel económico, hablando ya más de la parte comercial.

En medio hay tantas posiciones como peces en el mar. A corto plazo el agricultor y la distribución se preocupan de que el cultivo tenga el rendimiento que el mercado requiere y, sobre todo el agricultor se preocupa de tener una rentabilidad que le permita continuar su actividad y eso ya se merece una cierta consideración de sostenibilidad, pero la pregunta que nos debemos hacer es, si se podrá seguir haciendo la misma actividad agrícola en 10, 20 o 50 años.
